Managing Partner

Andrew Campbell

Andrew Campbell is a native Austinite and Managing Partner at Wildhorn. He is a real estate entrepreneur who first broke into the business in 2008 as a passive investor. In 2010 he transitioned into active investing and management of a personal portfolio that grew to 76 units across Austin and San Antonio. He earned his stripes building and managing his personal portfolio before founding Wildhorn Capital and focusing on larger multifamily buildings. At Wildhorn, he is focused on Acquisitions and maintaining Investor Relations, utilizing his marketing and communications background to build long-term relationships.

Andrew’s background is in Market Research & Brand Strategy, spending over 10 years across acclaimed advertising agencies and emerging technology consultancies. He received a BS in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Baylor University.

Managing Partner

Cooper Drenner

A lifelong Austinite and UT graduate, Cooper has worked in a variety of roles in the commercial real estate space throughout his career in Central Texas. Most recently, Cooper served in a business development role for Heritage Title for over 9 years. His diverse background serving clients in a variety of roles is an ideal fit for his position at Wildhorn Capital, where he manages the company’s capital relationships and focuses on deal sourcing in Austin.

Cooper is involved in a wide range of Austin organizations. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin’s Executive Council. Cooper is also a school board member of Austin Achieve Public Schools. He has previously served as a board of director for the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and Hill Country Conservancy. He and his wife, Camille, are Deacons at the Austin Stone Community Church and parents to two wonderful sons.

Director of Asset Management

Sean Davy

Sean serves as Wildhorn’s Director of Asset Management. Born and raised in the Northeast, Sean moved to Texas in 2014 to continue his education and has been here ever since. At Wildhorn, Sean is responsible for asset and portfolio management for the firm’s growing portfolio in Central Texas. Prior to joining Wildhorn, Sean served as an Asset Manager for Austin-based GVA, overseeing business plan execution and construction management for a multifamily portfolio of 5k + units across DFW, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Additionally, Sean’s professional background spans middle market sponsor and CRE banking for BBVA and WAFD respectively.

Personally, Sean is involved with Urban Land Institute and the First Tee Organization. He holds a BBA from Hofstra University where he was a scholarship recipient for the golf team. He earned an MBA in Finance & Strategy from SMU and was part of the graduate team managing the Nancy Chambers Endowment portfolio. He and his wife Kate are members of the Dell Children’s Trust and happy to call Austin home along with their daughter.

Director of Acquisitions

Hayden Glasstetter, CFA

Hayden is a native Texan and an SMU graduate. Today, Hayden leads our acquisition efforts at Wildhorn where he is responsible for sourcing, business plan creation, and acquiring multifamily investment opportunities in Central Texas.

Prior to joining Wildhorn Capital, Hayden earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler with a specialization in Real Estate and Corporate Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Southern Methodist University. Hayden’s previous experience includes work as a Senior Associate Trader at Green Street Advisors, and Investment Banking at Eastdil Secured.

Hayden is a member of the UT McCombs Real Estate Associate Advisory Council, and an assistant instructor for CRE Analyst Fast Track Development program.

Director of Finance and Operations

Alix Mire

Alix serves as Wildhorn’s Director of Finance and Operations where she oversees all aspects of financial management as well as the ongoing operations and procedures of the company. Prior to joining Wildhorn, Alix worked as a tax and treasury accountant at Ovation Partners, a private credit investment firm. She has also worked in the public accounting industry at both a Big 4 firm and a local middle market firm.
She holds a BBA and an MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is an active CPA license holder. Alix grew up in Austin and is glad to call this city home with her husband and two daughters.
Director of Investor Services

Elizabeth Andersen

Liz serves as our Director of Investor Services. In this role, she helps ensure that our investors receive any support they need, at any point in their investment. From overseeing active opportunities, managing communications or helping track down a lost document Liz provides a high level of touch to all our investors.

Before joining Wildhorn, Liz has spent over a decade at Putnam Investments where she supported a nationwide clientele of companies in almost every facet of administering their 401k plans. In her free time Elizabeth enjoys hiking, biking and the beach as well as spending time with her three children and husband.
