Master-Planned Community Development

Manor, Texas

In 2025, Wildhorn Capital was appointed developer of the 1,700-acre, master-planned Wildhorse Ranch community in Manor, Texas. Bordered by U.S. 290 and Texas 130, the project is positioned to support a mix of residential neighborhoods, retail, Manor-ISD schools, amenity centers, commercial office, and multifamily development.

As project developer, Wildhorn Capital is responsible for stewarding the next chapter of Wildhorse Ranch on behalf of the project’s investors. Initial phases have already been sold to reputable developers including Wilson Capital, Milestone Community Builders, and The Forestar Group, with additional tracts available for sale or under contract.

Wildhorse Ranch is located in close proximity to major employers, including Tesla and Samsung, and is approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Austin. The community also benefits from adjacency to Austin’s largest park, Walter E. Long Metropolitan Park, supporting long-term livability and demand drivers for future development.
